   Anyways, I was talking to a sysop who was getting back into it.   
   We were talking about changing string colors,etc.   
   Then it occured to me.   attr.cfg is a legacy file and needs to GO.   
      
   Please find place for it in text.dat   
      
   Sorry if this was already done.  I haven't kept up with updates for the 3
