   There IS a quotes.txt in the node directory that I'm logged into.

   And all my mail areas have the "quote message" set to YES. BUT someone else   
   suggested /q and that got the "quote to open up. I am using SlyEdit ICE so   
   ctrl-Q should be the one to use...   Strange.
