   you know that's local loopback addres, right?

   i saw things get screwed up with that after taking out av software that    
   really messed with the internal network settings.  just go in there (sbbsctrl    
   various server settings)    
   and make things are setup correctly.  post screenshots of your  settings   
   if you have questions.
