   The source is PyGate, a new development by the node, and already fixed!   
      
   And my opinion on FTS-0001 is that it's unclear and open for interpretation   
   regarding the datetime field in the packed message header.   
   But current practice is that all fido software puts a NULL in position 20 of   
   the datetime field.
