   I didn't want to upgrade to 3.20 on the Windows 7 machine.  I wanted to move   
   the working 3.19 bbs to the new machine and then upgrade to 3.20.   
      
   Now since 3.20 is working on the new machine, I have the choice of doing it   
   either way (I think.)
