I am migrating my bbses from an old PC to a new PC. The old PC runs Windows 7
and the new PC is running Windows 11 Pro. I am running Synchronet 3.19b on
   the old PC.

I am trying to install 3.19b onto the new Win 11 PC and getting the error
   0xc000007b.

I have copied the DLLs mscvr100.dll and vcruntime140.dll to the new machine
because I got errors saying they were missing when I first tried to run Synch.

I also installed the vcredist files from 2005 thru 2022.

Still getting the error... any ideas?

(oh the error comes from sbbsctrl.exe)
