   I have FTP service off right now.   
      
   I have my Guest user with exemption 'D' in the list, and the security of the   
   main library at 'LEVEL 4'   
      
   I think that should give the Guest user access to view the File Libraries.   
      
   Do you think there is more config settings needed?
