   Yeah, I there are different forms of creativity - Artistic creativity,   
   problem-solving creativity, and so on.  If someone has a good level creativity   
   in thinking and problem-solving, that can help a lot with programming.  I do   
   think there's something to be said for code that does its job well and is   
   clean and fairly easy to understand.
