   SlyEdit uses Ctrl-Q to open the quote window, but that's mainly because   
   IceEdit and DCTEdit (which SlyEdit was based on) did.  But an alternate way to   
   open the quote window in SlyEdit is to type /q on an empty line and press   
   enter, in case Ctrl-Q doesn't work.  Maybe I could change the hotkey from   
   Ctrl-Q to something else, though a lot of other hotkeys are already being used   
   in SlyEdit.
