   I had to restart the BBS after a power outage here Digital Man and it is   
   working now. It is exactly what you said, restarting services, but in a   
   different way than you suggested. Damn storms... hey it fixed the issue. 'Have   
   you tried turning if off and on again?' A famous line from a TV show called The
