   Here's what that -9 error means:

   "::" is an IPv6 address for localhost. Do you have IPv6 enabled for your   
   network stack? If not, then set the *interface keys in your ctrl/sbbs.ini file   
   to "0.0.0.0" (for "all" IPv4 network interfaces), that way sbbs won't try to   
   bind to the IPv6 notation for "all interfaces".
