    RV>>> Right now when I get a FTN echo area that I don't have setup in
    RV>>> SBBS, it show up in the sbbsecho.log as a passthru. Is there a
    RV>>> setting to get Synchronet to auto create the FTN area?

    Ga>> Yes.

    RV>>   So helpful.

    Ga> Well, it exactly answered the specific question that you asked.

    Ga> If you'd like me to search the Wiki and give you more info, I'd
    Ga> suggest searching (on the Wiki) for things like:

    Ga> auto create
    Ga> areas.bbs
    Ga> sbbsecho.ini

    Ga> Or even these specific terms:

    Ga> AutoAddSubs

   AutoAddSubs = true

    Ga> AutoAddToAreaFile

   AutoAddToAreaFile = true

    Ga> And this configuration utility:

    Ga> echocfg

    Ga> Let us know if you need more info!

   They have been set to "True".

   I've been testing my setup by deleting the "BBS Ads" message area in fidonet.
   That area is in my areas.bbs with my uplink, and of course backbone.na.
   SBBSECHO keeps treating as a passthru. I'm just trying to figure how to get
   sbbsecho to "create" a new message area.
