   Yeah, I wasn't sure. It's just weird that the delay happens only after I see   
   the initial Synchronet version stamp. The delay seems to still be present even   
   with hostname lookup disabled. I re-enabled it. I'm still trying to figure out   
   why the delay goes away after I restart the board's services.   
      
    > ::1 is the IPv6 address of localhost/loopback (IPv4 127.0.0.1).   
   I'm very puzzled by this, especially since I'm connecting through a domain   
   routed to a hosted VPS, which only then is making it to my home network.   
   Regardless, I may try to confirm all IPv6 stuff is disabled everywhere (I   
   thought I already had).
