   Those are REP packet export activity log messages which begin with the message   
   group name. The default/stock name of that message group is "DOVE-Net"   
   (capitalized in that way) but for some reason on your system its "Dove-Net",   
   so that threw me a little. After those log messages, you should see the   
   "Call-out" event logged. That's what the OP was asking about.
