   TWGS doesn't run under a BBS, it's its own server. Your Synchronet users would   
   connect to it using rlogin.js, which is configured in SCFG->External Programs   
   with a command-line that begins with '?' which indicates it's a script/module   
   to be executed in-process, so the I/O method doesn't matter - that setting   
   isn't used for any program whose command line begins with '*' or '?'.
