   Is the email a multi-part MIME encoded message? If so, it should already have   
   a plain-text portion that's displayed to readers (e.g. using the terminal   
   server) already. That's how HTML-encoded mails like the TLDR newsletter are   
   readable via terminals and there's no HTML conversion needed.   
      
   But if you really need/want to do some some conversion of the message body   
   text as you're importing it, an external mail processor (added/configured via   
   mailproc.ini) is how you'd do that:
