   Another sysop using 1.75 of slyedit these cross-post options work. So wonder   
   if something changed between 1.75 and the current 1.89c.   
      
   I've downloaded latest fix about slycfg; and confirmed config file is being   
   changed and read; by changing theme colors. The SlyEdit.cfg has    
   llowCrossPosting=true
