   If you upgrade to the latest development code (v3.20c) and create the file   
   text/menu/download.msg with content similar to the following:   
   FTP: ftp://@INETADDR@/@FILE_FTP_PATH@   
   Web: http://@INETADDR@/@FILE_WEB_PATH@   
      
   That should do what you want.
