   There are 2 types of FidoNet mailers: FLO/Binkley style and Attach/FrontDoor   
   style. This is what the EchoCfg->Global Settings->Mailer Type option selects.   
      
   For decades now, nobody has used SBBSecho with a an Attach/FD style mailer, so   
   it likely doesn't even work correctly in that mode.
