   I'd have to do that conversion anyway (before or after my recent change), but   
   at least now the starting date/time (before any conversion) won't change based   
   on the current local system/OS time zone configuration. So, no, not harder now   
   than before if/when I want to convert message dates to user-supplied time zone.
