   Just TCP is fine.   
      
   But I mispoke: for PASV FTP connections (used for most QWK packet transfers),   
   the server data TCP port(s) are configurable and default to the range   
   1024-65535.   
      
   TCP port 20 is the default *source* port for *active* FTP data connections   
   from the FTP server back to the client.
