   Yeah looks good. I think I would probably have done it slightly differently   
   similar to PETSCII with mode 7 running on a different port. This would let you   
   set the parameters like 40 columns and have everything displayed as they   
   should be. Of course, you'd have to write a bunch of your own stuff to make it   
   work properly. I did start to try and integrate Mode 7 stuff with Synchronet   
   but sort of stalled out. The big issue is you'd have to create an entire   
   text.dat to support it.   
      
   As you know, the main problem is that while ANSI doesn't use any space, the   
   Mode 7 control characters do so you'll have to account for those when working   
   out word wrapping and spacing. Maybe I'll have another go when I'm in the mood.
