   I wasn't seeing the fix, because I had a copy of bullseye.js in "mods".   
   .Possibly when you first implemented the use of files, to generate the menu.    
   I may have copied it to mods before, I did a fully update.   
      
   Once I removed the one from mods, then the latest download worked without the   
   error message.
