Yes, there are 6/7 basic/stock WCN (Wildcat! Navigator Clients) for
   wcNAV and wcWeb:

    FILE.WCN File client
    MESSAGE.WCN Mail client
    WHO.WCN "Who's onLine" client
    CHAT.WCN Chat Client
PERSONAL.WCN "Your Settings", well thats the idea, client
    TERM.WCN Terminal Client (Console)
    SYSOP.WCN Sysop Menu (WEB ONLY)

So if you connected via WcNavigator, and it launch the browser and you
one of the links, or via wcWEB login you checked the WcNavigator
checkbox, then the special .WCN extension tells wcWEB what to do next:

WCNAV: Run the client-side XXXXXX.EXE wcNAV client using registered
    browser association.

WCWEB: Run the server-side HTML-xxxxxx.WCX client for WEB interfaces.

   A thing of beauty!!!
