   Folks,   
      
   If I sound/read like I am pissed, aggravated, well, I am....  please    
   hear me out.   
      
   We are a small business. We are here to serve and support our    
   customers, especially with electronic mail.  I work very hard at this,    
   and hopefully, god willing, we will be able to get back on track with    
   advanced Wildcat! development and improved our customer support, which    
   I personally think is high quality.  We try.   
      
   If you are on any our support list and you are getting mail that    
   concerns you and/or you don't like the sender, please contact me so I    
   can address the issue, but please DO NOT mark or tag us as a    
   "spammers" with your ESP based mail readers ike with Yahoo.com,    
   Aol.com, Outlook.com, gmail.com and any other ESP domain MUA or GUI    
   mail reader.   
      
   When you do that, you are causing a serious network wide BLOCK and    
   Tortious Interference on our entire mail system and all our domains.    
   It will stop customers from getting their support mail, especially our    
   high-end business and enterprise customers that helps subsidize the    
   support for non-enterprise customers.   
      
   You might think or say   
      
   "But I am not tagging winserver.com as spammers, I am tagging that    
   other guy in the winserver support list spamming me with dupes and junk!"   
      
   No, when you mark our list mail, those big high-scale ESPs learn by    
   reading the RETURN-PATH which is not the poster address you have a    
   problem with but the LIST admin address at winserver.com or    
   santronics.com.  It also tracks our IP and that gets added to the RBL    
   sites.   
      
   So what happens is we get this:

   Not even my brother-in-law, at xxxxxxxx@aol.com, can get his mail sent    
   by my wife, she is pissed and so I am.   
      
   The only good thing is that Yahoo.com and Aol.com is saying "look, you    
   can try again later." That is what the 421 code means,  try again    
   later but all this gives us a negative reputation and it slows down    
   our mail getting to customers.  If that was a 5yz number, that would    
   of been really bad because it means a PERMANENT BLOCK.   
      
   In any case,  this is the only warning:   
      
   1) If we find that you are the reason for causing our mail network    
   problem, you will be permanently banned from winserver.com and any    
   other our email support mailing list. Direct email support will be    
   allowed.   
      
   2) DO NOT EXPORT/IMPORT/GATE any of our support conferences, mailing    
   list or forums into another network.  If you are going to use QWK to    
   download our forums for your QWK mail readers like OLX or Silver    
   Xpress or another QWK reader, that is fine, but if you plan to network    
   into your BBS, DO NOT IMPORT/UPLOAD mail packets back into our mail    
   system.   
      
   And finally, please, I can't emphasize this enough:   
      
   3) If you do get an email from our system, from our mailing list, that    
   you are having an issue with, please, contact us at    
   support@santronics.com, so we can directly address the issue.    
   Overall, please do not TAG, MARK or BLOCK our IPs and domains by    
   marking a list user you are having a problem with but end up block our    
   company mail operations. Not good.
