I am working on this at the moment
New user creates the user account but sets the validate flag to not allow
access and then sends the user an email to the address specified.
Then the user click on a link that takes them to a wcBASIC link to validate
their account
All works expect the email element at the moment as am having issues getting
smart
Host setup. But once that is sorted all should be working.
