Who mentioned the London bombers ?
ID cards will not fight anything but petty criminals, like someone eating a
mars bar whilst driving or doing 3mph over the limit, or someone wanting to
go for a drink, or someone not paying tax, parking fines etc...
Anyone who believes ID cards will affect crime (other than to increase the
chances of it) is stupid and niave, they won't deal with criminals they know
and catch now, ID cards won't change that, criminals don't need ID cards
anyway.
