[continued from previous message] to do. If these tribes have taken the side of the terrorists there'll be no Syria. There'll be nothing left to fight for Syria with. 5 years back they were saying, "We used everything we had in Syria to destroy Assad, but ended up destroying everything in Syria except Assad." As horrible as this is, at the end of this war, the way it is going right now, even this statement will not apply anymore. Those tribes may be thinking there'll be another government better than Assad's. What they do not know is that they will become another Palestinian-like nation, gradually perishing at the hands of Turkey and Israelis. What fools. 5 full years of peace Syria had and they did nothing but in-fighting of various tribes. Even Assad's wife has a different tribe from Assad's! There's been serious infighting there as well. Iran is obliged to help Syria because Assad's father (Hafez Assad) indirectly helped Iran during Iran's war with Saddam. If it was not for this reason, Iran would let these tribes get the consequences of what they are. - A strong 5.6 Richter earthquake shook Khuzestan area. I don't know what it has done to oil wells. Some could lose productivity and some new ones might pop out. It was 10 km deep. The most important oil industry area in Khuzestan experienced 4.3 Richter quake, so it should not be that destructive. They're going all over that state trying to find damages. Drones and everything. Nothing is mentioned yet other than some roads to villages are cut and unusable. --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
