              Hmm.  We got the English version of the rules... for which I thank   
   you... but whatever happened to the Russian version & to the advice about how   
   to configure one's system I'm not sure.   
      
              A very similar problem, also involving a series of messages posted   
   during the same minute, came up recently in another echo.  We're working with   
   our uplink to try & figure out what's going on because the available evidence   
   indicates something is amiss on our side of the ocean.   
      
              If you'd be so kind as to post all three messages again next month   
   I'd appreciate that.  It will help us determine whether or not we have solved   
   the problem.  Meanwhile, not to worry!  Dallas & I delete echomail by number,   
   not by date, and we allow a generous margin for echoes we participate in.  So   
   WRT to "learning Russian by example" I can keep plodding through the rules in   
   both languages & congratulating myself when I decipher a word or two....  ;-)
