               I don't know for sure, but I can guess one possible reason.  As   
   the number of nodes diminished there may have been a shortage of volunteers   
   for the position of zone co-ordinator.  Evidently the remaining nodes in   
   southeast Asia have joined Zone 2 or Zone 3, depending on whichever is closer
