      TZUTC: -0500       MSGID: 37673.fido-recipes@1:3634/12 2be03b9f       PID: Synchronet 3.18a-Linux May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.11-Linux r3.173 May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       CHRS: UTF-8 4       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Pioneer Woman Million Dollar Dip        Categories: Cheese, Nuts, Chilies, Vegetables, Pork        Yield: 10 Servings                8 oz Cream cheese; room temp        3/4 c Mayonnaise        1/2 c Slivered almonds; toasted        1 c Shredded sharp cheddar        1 c Shredded Swiss        1/4 c Blue cheese crumbles        8 sl Regular-cut bacon; cooked        - crisp, fine chopped        4 Green onions; white & green        - parts, sliced        1/2 ts Kosher salt        1/4 ts Ground black pepper        1/4 ts Garlic powder        1/8 ts Cayenne pepper        Buttery (Ritz) crackers,        - pretzels or raw veggies;        - for dippers                Toast the nuts over medium-low heat in a dry skillet,        stirring often; about 5-7 minutes. Don’t walk away!        Remove the almonds from the pan once golden and fragrant        and let cool.                In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream        cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.                Add the three types of cheeses, stir, then fold in the        bacon, toasted almonds, green onions (reserve some for        garnish) and spices.                Stir together everything together until evenly blended,        then transfer to a serving dish. Cover and chill for at        least 4 hours.                To serve, sprinkle with additional green onions.
