      TZUTC: -0500       MSGID: 37555.fido-recipes@1:3634/12 2bd5b403       PID: Synchronet 3.18a-Linux May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.11-Linux r3.173 May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       CHRS: UTF-8 4       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Turkey Lattice Pie        Categories: Breads, Poultry, Cheese, Vegetables, Dairy        Yield: 12 servings                24 oz (3 tubes) refrigerated        - crescent rolls; divided        4 c Diced, cooked turkey        1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar or Ementhal        - (Swiss) cheese        3 c Chopped broccoli; thawed,        - drained        10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;        - undiluted        1 1/3 c Milk        2 tb Dijon mustard        1 tb Dried minced onion        1/2 ts Salt        ds Pepper        1 lg Egg; light beaten                Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.                Unroll 2 tubes of crescent roll dough; separate into        rectangles. Place rectangles in an ungreased 15x10x1-in.        baking pan; press onto the bottom and 1/4" up sides        of the pan to form a crust, sealing seams and        perforations. Bake 5-7 minutes or until light golden        brown.                Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine turkey, cheese,        broccoli, soup, milk, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.        Spoon over crust.                Unroll remaining dough; divide into 2 rectangles. Seal        perforations. Cut each rectangle lengthwise in 1"        strips. Using strips, make a lattice design on top of        turkey mixture. Brush with egg.
