        10 tb Butter; melted   
         2 lg Eggs; room temp   
         2 tb Buttermilk; room temp   
         1 tb Vanilla extract   
         5 oz Dark chocolate chips;   
              - melted   
    15 1/4 oz Box red velvet cake mix

         8 oz Cream cheese; softened   
       1/3 c  Butter; softened   
     2 1/2 c  Confectioners' sugar   
         1 tb Vanilla extract   
       1/8 ts Salt   
       
     In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs,   
     buttermilk and vanilla extract until combined. Whisk in   
     melted chocolate until smooth and creamy. Stir in cake   
     mix until just incorporated. Transfer batter to a   
     parchment paper-lined 9" square baking pan. Chill at   
     least 1 hour.   
        
     Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     Bake 20-25 minutes or until batter is set. Rest pan on a   
     wire rack until completely cooled. Using edges of   
     parchment paper, lift brownies from pan; transfer to a   
     cutting board.   
        
     In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, 2-3   
     minutes. Add butter and beat until smooth, another 1-2   
     minutes. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and   
     salt until frosting is fluffy. Spread frosting over   
     brownies; slice and serve.
