         1 c  Uncooked jasmine or long   
              - grain white rice   
         2 tb Butter   
         1 c  Sliced celery   
         1 c  Thin sliced green onions   
         1 tb Grated lemon zest   
         1 ts Salt   
       1/4 ts Pepper   
       
     Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in   
     a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add   
     celery and onions; cook until tender. Add rice, lemon   
     zest, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Cook until heated   
     through.
