      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 668b7dbf       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0500       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Cinnamon Brownies        Categories: Cookies, Snacks, Chocolate        Yield: 36 servings                3/4 c Baking cocoa        1/2 ts Baking soda        2/3 c Butter; melted, divided        1/2 c Boiling water        2 c Sugar        2 lg Eggs; room temp, beaten        1 ts Vanilla extract        1 1/3 c A-P flour        2 ts Ground cinnamon        1/4 ts Salt        1 c Semisweet chocolate chips              MMMMM--------------------------FROSTING-------------------------------        6 tb Butter, softened        1/2 c Baking cocoa        2 2/3 c Confectioners' sugar        1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon        1/3 c Evaporated milk        1 ts Vanilla extract                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.                In a bowl, whisk cocoa and baking soda; blend in 1/3 cup        melted butter. Add boiling water, stirring until        thickened. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and remaining        butter. Add flour, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chocolate        chips. Pour into a greased 13" X 9" baking pan. Bake        until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist        crumbs, about 40 minutes. Cool.                For frosting, cream butter in a bowl. Combine cocoa,        confectioners' sugar and cinnamon; add alternately with        the milk. Beat to a spreading consistency; add vanilla.        Add more milk if necessary.
