         Title: Caramel Apple Crunch Pie

         Yield: 6 Servings   
       
         1 c  White sugar   
         1 ts Cinnamon powder   
       1/3 c  Flour   
         6 lg Apples; peeled, sliced   
        10    Inch deep dish pie crust   
       3/4 c  Quick cooking oatmeal   
       1/2 c  Loose packed brown sugar   
       1/4 c  Flour   
       1/2 c  Butter; softened   
       1/3 c  Caramel sundae topping   
       
     Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     In a bowl, combine the white sugar, cinnamon, and the 1/3   
     cup of flour. Mix in the apples.   
        
     In a pie pan/dish, place the uncooked pie crust. Fill the   
     crust with the apple mixture.   
        
     In a mixing bowl, mix the oatmeal, brown sugar, the 1/4 cup   
     of flour and the butter until crumbly. Place on top of the   
     apple mixture. Place the pie in the preheated oven for 45 to   
     60 minutes, or until apples are cooked through.   
        
     Remove from the oven and drizzle with the caramel sundae   
     topping. Best served if cooled, cut and then reheated   
     individually.   
        
     Makes 8 servings.
