Combine oil and garlic; drizzle over sprouts        and toss to coat.                Bake, uncovered # 450ºF/232ºC until tender, 10-15        minutes, stirring occasionally.                Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the cream,        mustard, pepper and salt.
