         4 qt Air-popped popcorn   
         3 tb Butter   
       1/4 c  Sugar   
         1 tb Water   
         1 ts Ground cinnamon   
       1/4 ts Salt   
       
     Place popcorn in a large roasting pan coated with   
     cooking spray. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low   
     heat. Add the sugar, water, cinnamon and salt; cook and   
     stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.   
        
     Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, @   
     300ºF/150ºC for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
