      TZUTC: -0400       MSGID: 36084.fido-recipes@1:3634/12 2b546829       PID: Synchronet 3.18a-Linux May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.11-Linux r3.173 May 23 2020 GCC 7.5.0       CHRS: UTF-8 4       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Grilled Pork Chops w/Spicy Fennel Relish        Categories: Pork, Citrus, Vegetables, Chilies, Herbs        Yield: 4 servings                1/2 c Lemon juice; divided        1/2 c Extra virgin olive oil;        - divided        2 cl Garlic; minced        1 1/2 ts Salt, divided        1 ts Ground cumin        4 Bone-in 8 oz ea pork loin        - chops; 1" thick        1 md Red bell pepper; halved        1/2 lg Onion; in 1/2" slices        1/2 md Fennel bulb; in 1/2" slices        1/4 c Coarse chopped, pitted green        - olives        2 tb Chopped fresh basil        1/8 ts Crushed red pepper flakes                In a shallow dish, combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup        oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and cumin. Add pork; turn        to coat. Let stand while preparing vegetables.                Place red peppers, onion and fennel in grill basket;        brush with 2 tablespoons oil. Grill, covered, over        medium-high heat until lightly charred, 4-5 minutes.        Remove to a cutting board and finely chop. In a large        bowl, combine vegetables, olives, basil, remaining 1/4        cup lemon juice, remaining 2 tablespoons oil, remaining        1/2 teaspoon salt and red pepper flakes.                Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill pork,        covered, over medium-high heat until a thermometer reads        145°, 6-8 minutes on each side.
