      CHRS: CP437 2       MSGID: 1:18/200@fidonet 6689a164       PID: MBSE-BBS 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       TZUTC: -0400       TID: MBSE-FIDO 1.1.0 (Linux-x86_64)       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Pork Chops w/Nectarine Salsa        Categories: Pork, Chilies, Herbs, Fruits        Yield: 4 servings                2 ts Chilli spice mix        1 ts Ground coriander        1/2 ts Ground cumin        1/2 ts Paprika        1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper        4 4 oz ea-1/2" thick boneless        - pork loin chops;        1 tb Olive oil        1/4 c Salsa        2 tb Apricot spreadable fruit        2 c Sliced peeled nectarines or        - peaches        2 tb Minced fresh cilantro        1 tb Minced fresh oregano        +=OR=+        1 ts Dried oregano                In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Rub        over both sides of pork chops. In a large nonstick        skillet, cook pork chops in oil over medium-high heat        until juices run clear, 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove        to a serving platter and keep warm.                In the same skillet, combine salsa and spreadable fruit.        Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir over medium        heat for 1 minute. Stir in nectarines, cilantro and        oregano; cook until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
