         Title: Saucy Scalloped Potatoes

         4 c  Thin sliced, peeled   
              - potatoes   
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup or   
              Mushroom soup; undiluted   
        12 oz Can evaporated milk   
         1 lg Onion; sliced   
         2 tb Butter   
       1/2 ts Salt   
       1/4 ts Pepper   
     1 1/2 c  Chopped, fully cooked ham   
       
     In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients.   
     Cook, covered, on high 1 hour. Stir in ham. Reduce heat   
     to low; cook until potatoes are tender, 3-5 hours   
     longer.
