         1 ts Garlic powder   
         1 ts Paprika   
         1 ts Kosher salt

     Set oven @ 425oF/218oC.   
        
     Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Spread fries in a   
     single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake until crisp, 35-40   
     minutes. Serve immediately.
