In one bowl,        mix together sour cream, salt, pepper, and minced garlic        and onion powder. In a second bowl, mix together        breadcrumbs and chopped green onions. Once the chicken        is defrosted, coat each piece of chicken with the sour        cream mixture followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Make        sure that each piece of chicken is fully coated in        breadcrumbs.
