        30    Oreo cookies; finely   
              - crushed   
       1/2 c  Butter; melted   
      
   MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------   
         8 oz Cream cheese; softened   
       1/4 c  Sugar   
         2 c  Whipped topping   
        18    Oreo cookies; divided   
       
     In a small bowl, mix crushed cookies and butter. Press   
     onto bottom and up side of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate.   
     Refrigerate for 30 minutes.   
        
     In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until   
     smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Coarsely chop 10   
     cookies; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon over   
     crust.   
        
     Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours before serving.   
     If desired, garnish with additional whipped topping and   
     crushed cookies. Arrange remaining 8 whole cookies over   
     pie.
