         1 md Onion; fine chopped   
         6 oz Can tomato paste   
       1/4 c  Chicken broth   
         2 tb Brown sugar   
         1 tb Cider vinegar   
         1 tb Yellow mustard   
         1 tb Worcestershire sauce   
         2 cl Garlic; minced   
         2 ts Chilli spice mix   
       3/4 ts Salt   
       1/8 ts Cayenne pepper   
     1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken   
         6    Whole wheat hamburger buns;   
              - split   
       
     In a small bowl, mix the first 11 ingredients. Place   
     chicken in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Pour sauce over top.   
        
     Cook, covered, on low until chicken is tender, 4-5   
     hours. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred meat with 2   
     forks. Return to slow cooker; heat through. Serve on   
     buns.
