         Title: Overnight Baked Oatmeal

         Yield: 8 servings   
       
         2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten   
         3 c  Milk   
       3/4 c  (packed) brown sugar   
       1/4 c  Oil   
     1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon   
         1 ts Salt   
         2 c  Old-fashion oats   
       1/4 c  Dried blueberries   
       1/4 c  Dried cherries   
       1/4 c  Sliced almonds   
       
     In a large bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients.   
     Stir in oats, blueberries and cherries. Transfer to a   
     greased 8-in. square baking dish. Refrigerate, covered,   
     8 hours or overnight.   
        
     Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.   
        
     Remove oatmeal from refrigerator while oven heats. Stir   
     oatmeal; sprinkle with almonds. Bake, uncovered, 40-50   
     minutes. Serve warm.
