Add butter, egg, flour, and        salt. Knead until smooth and let it rise for about an        hour.                Make the Filling: Mix blueberries, sugar, and        cornstarch.                Assemble the Rolls: Roll out the dough, spread the        blueberry filling, and roll it up. Cut into rolls and        place in a baking dish. Let them rise again.                Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC until golden brown.                Make the Glaze: Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, melted        butter, powdered sugar, and salt.
