         Title: Joanna Gaines' Peanut Butter Balls   
    Categories: Nuts, Chocoalte, Grains, Snacks   
         Yield: 30 servings   
       
         7 tb Unsalted butter; room temp   
         2 c  Peanut butter   
         2 c  Powdered sugar   
        10 oz Marshmallows   
         1 ts Pure vanilla extract   
         6 c  Cocoa Krispies   
        24 oz Chocolate bark coating   
       
     Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.   
        
     In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment,   
     cream 4 tablespoons of butter, peanut butter, and   
     powdered sugar until smooth.   
        
     In a 5 quart stock pot over medium heat, melt the   
     remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add marshmallows and   
     vanilla, stirring until melted.   
        
     Add the peanut butter mixture to the pot and stir until   
     smooth.   
        
     Mix in the Cocoa Krispies until well combined.   
        
     Form the mixture into 1 1/2" balls and place them on   
     the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 10   
     minutes.   
        
     Melt the chocolate bark according to the package   
     Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the   
     melted chocolate, fully coating it. Place back on the   
     baking sheet.   
        
     Refrigerate again until the chocolate coating hardens   
     (about 20 minutes).   
        
     Transfer the balls to an airtight container and   
     refrigerate for up to 5 days.
