         Title: Gooey Butter Cake   
    Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Cheese   
         Yield: 9 Servings   
       
    15 1/4 oz Box white cake mix   
       1/2 c  Melted butter   
         1    Beaten egg   
        16 oz Softened cream cheese;   
              - beaten   
         4    Beaten eggs   
     5 1/2 c  Sifted powdered sugar   
         2 ts Vanilla   
       
     Mix first 3 ingredients together & press into a heavily   
     greased 9" x 13" cake pan. Press up along sides at least   
     1 inch.   
        
     Beat rest of ingredients until smooth & pour over above   
     mixture. Sift cinnamon lightly over top. Bake 25-35 mins   
     in a 325 degree oven.   
        
     Be very watchful after the first 25 minutes (crust is   
     easily scorched after this length of time). When cake is   
     medium brown, remove from oven and allow to settle, but   
     while still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
