In a large pot over        medium heat, add the sugar, butter and evaporated        milk. Stir to dissolve the sugar, and then bring the        mixture to a boil for 5 minutes and stir constantly.                Remove the pot from the heat and add in the chocolate        chips. Stir until the chocolate chips are fully melted.        Then mix in the marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla.                Spread the fudge into the prepared pan.
